For 2026, The Asbury Group and evók are enhancing the Conscious Leadership 360° Personal Insight Plan through a partnership with Chrysalis. This collaboration builds on the strong foundation established last year. The methodology, spirit, and developmental intent remain the same.

What’s new is the underlying system that supports the experience. Chrysalis provides a more secure, intuitive, and privacy-centered way to manage personal insight data—without adding any additional effort for participants.

The result is an experience that elevates security, clarity, and ease, while preserving the integrity of the work itself.

Specifically, Chrysalis supports:

Secure Delivery of assessment invitations and responses

Protected data handling, ensuring participant and contributor inputs remain private and encrypted

Infrastructure support for analysis, without altering methodology, scoring, or interpretation

Chrysalis does not evaluate participants, influence results, or access assessment content for any purpose beyond secure processing. The assessment design, facilitation, and developmental interpretation remain fully guided by The Asbury Group and evók.

For participants, this means the experience feels the same — thoughtful, reflective, and human — while the underlying system provides greater security, clarity, and trust.

    Trust, Privacy, and Scope of Use

    Chrysalis is built around a simple principle: users remain in control of their data at every step.

    In this engagement, participants are completing a required Conscious Leadership 360° assessment designed and facilitated by evók and The Asbury Group. Chrysalis is used solely as secure infrastructure supporting the delivery, protection, and handling of assessment data.

    Participants are not being onboarded into Chrysalis as a product, nor are they actively using or engaging with the Chrysalis platform. The Chrysalis Vault exists in this context only to securely hold assessment responses and results. It is program-scoped and inactive by default, and no functionality is extended beyond what is required to support assessment delivery and facilitation.

    Chrysalis does not extend, activate, or repurpose participant data beyond this engagement. Data is used only within the assessment and facilitation context defined by evók and The Asbury Group.

    Use of AI

    In Scope for This Engagement

    AI is used only after the assessment is complete, and only to support anonymized, non-evaluative reflection. 

    Specifically, AI may be used to:

    • Generate anonymized summary insights across response data

    • Surface themes or reflection prompts that support development

    AI does not score individuals, make judgments, or compare participants to one another. All AI-supported insights are detached from personal identifiers and used strictly for reflection and facilitation, not evaluation.

    Out of Scope for This Engagement

    Outside the scope of this program, individuals may later choose to activate a personal Chrysalis Vault for their own use. Any such activation would be participant-initiated, optional, and entirely independent of Synchrony and this engagement.

    If participants independently activate their Vault in the future, AI may support optional reflection or learning journeys they choose to explore. This activity would occur separately in time and governance and is not connected to this assessment or its outcomes.

    Post-assessment, AI may be used to:

    • Generate anonymized summary insights across response data

    • Surface themes, patterns, or reflection prompts that support continued development

    • Support adaptive learning journeys chosen by the participant should they choose to explore their Chrysalis Vault beyond this engagement (for example: areas to explore, revisit, or deepen)

    All AI-supported insights are:

    • Detached from personal identifiers

    • Controlled by the participant

    • Used for reflection and development — not scoring, evaluation, or comparison

    Data Protection and Anonymity

    Chrysalis does not sell user data. Any data shared beyond the Vault occurs intentionally and transparently, only to the extent required to support the assessment experience. Where third-party AI services are involved, Chrysalis is designed to minimize exposure and, where appropriate, anonymize user content before processing.

    Contributor anonymity is preserved, and evók receives only the anonymized scoring required for facilitation and developmental synthesis.

    Synchrony is approving Chrysalis as secure, privacy-first infrastructure for this leadership assessment, not enrolling employees into an AI platform or extended product experience.
