The founding cohort begins August 20, 2026, and runs three months. Your Chrysalis account stays active for a full year from the start of your access, so you have plenty of time to keep building after the live weeks wrap.

Right after you join, you'll get a confirmation email. Your access to Chrysalis opens when you book your private 1:1 kickoff call, which you can schedule anytime before the August 20 cohort start, and as early as Wednesday, August 5. That gives you room to get familiar at your own pace before the live weeks begin. (We're putting a few final touches in place, which is why access opens August 5 and not sooner.)

Live, on Zoom. The biweekly Tuesday Space Orientations and the weekly Wednesday support calls are 60 minutes, and Wednesdays have both AM and PM options so you can join at a time that works. Everyone also gets a private 15-minute kickoff call to get set up. The Tuesday and Wednesday calls are all recorded, so nothing's lost if you miss one.

No, not at all. The Incubator exists precisely so you don't have to become your own AI implementation team. If you'll get into the product, try the Spaces, and reflect on how they apply to your work, we'll help you with the rest.

Not a finished, client-ready one. The first ten enrollments receive a custom concept and working demo, so you can see and evaluate the idea before deciding whether to build. Founding VIP goes further with two strategy sessions, a working demo of your strongest concept, and a written Your Next Move recommendation.

No. There's no funding and no production build baked in. If we uncover a strong use case together and we're both excited to go further, we can scope a full build separately after the Incubator. This is about helping you find what's worth building first.

No. You decide what your Personal AI holds and what you share with a person, a tool, or a Space. The point isn't to make all of you available everywhere. It's to make the right context available for the work you've chosen to do.

Both Founding Annual and Founding VIP are paid in full for now. If cost is the only thing standing between you and joining, reach out (support@chrysalis.io). We'd rather talk it through than have you count yourself out.

We stand behind Chrysalis and the promise we're making, and we want you to be able to try it for yourself. If you join, show up, and it isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the cohort start on August 20, 2026, so you have time inside the Spaces and the calls before you decide. After that window, because it's a live experience and we've allocated resources and team time to you, we're no longer able to offer refunds. If something genuinely unexpected gets in your way, contact us anyway. We're a small, human team, and we'll always work with you in good faith.

Before your twelve months are up, we'll share the subscription options available then, so you can choose what fits how you're actually using Chrysalis. Your founding rate is a thank-you for being early, and it doesn't guarantee the $997 price stays available later, which is part of why joining now is worth it.

There's no hard cap on the founding cohort itself. What is limited: the custom Program Space demo is first ten completed enrollments only, and Founding VIP is capped at two new clients a month, in the order people join.
