For experts
When a client asks generic AI what your work means for them, the answer has none of you in it.
Chrysalis gives them a better place to go: a private platform built on your method, delivered by you and the practitioners you trust, on terms you set.

The work lands at full depth when you’re in the room. That’s also the ceiling.
You can grow the audience, sell the programs, certify the practitioners. Revenue still caps out at your calendar, because the most valuable part of the work, the judgment, lives in your head.
Meanwhile, when a reader takes your book or your framework to a generic AI tool, what comes back has none of your sequence or standards in it. The applying of your work is happening somewhere. The question is whether any of it happens on your terms.
And the obvious fix doesn’t work. A chatbot trained on your content can sound like you. It can’t reliably take a client to the right profile, the right report, or the right next step.
What we actually build
Four moves, from method to platform.
Method mapping
We turn your IP into structured logic: the questions, the scoring rules, the interpretation criteria, the way you decide what comes next.
Platform build
That logic becomes a private, AI-powered experience. It takes in what each client shares and produces outputs you’d stand behind: profiles, reports, recommendations, practitioner handoffs.
Practitioner licensing
Your certified practitioners license the platform and deliver your method consistently, with you controlling the terms. Your method becomes inventory you own instead of a tool you rent.
Continuity
What a client has shared persists across sessions and experiences, so the work compounds instead of starting over every time.
What yours could become
We start with one useful product.
An applied book experience
Readers get a way to apply the ideas in their own lives, instead of notes in the margins.
An assessment that does more than score
A quiz or diagnostic becomes a real starting point: interpretation, recommendation, next step.
A guided path through your process
Clients, students, or members move through your work with reflection, synthesis, and support.
A practitioner toolkit
Intake, session prep, reports, and follow-up built around your methodology, for the people who deliver it.
A shared space with each client
A private, in-between-sessions companion that holds the reflections, homework, and history of a long client relationship. Searchable by you, owned by them.
A licensing product for your method
Trained practitioners get a structured way to deliver your work. You get a revenue line on IP you already built.
Founding partner
“Before, it was a tool. It wasn’t a tool with soul.”
Radiah Rhodes, founder of Evók and Chrysalis founding partner. Her Conscious Leadership 360 ran for years on forms, spreadsheets, and heavy lifting. It now runs on Chrysalis as a licensable platform: a private vault for every leader, an automated 360 workflow, her scoring logic built in, and reports generated to her standard. Her certified facilitators deliver it with clients, and her licensees can reapply the engine to their own niches.

Your method stays yours.
It never trains a public model. It doesn’t leave the container, even when practitioners deliver it in rooms you’ve never been in. What your clients share stays theirs too: scoped, consented, revocable. Two different things, held under two different rules.
Who this is for.
Experts with a real body of work: a book, framework, assessment, certification, protocol, or client process, and an audience already asking for help applying it. You don’t need a big team or a finished product spec. You need material we can build from and a clear point of view.
The way in
Before you build anything, get a real answer about whether you should.
Your Next Move is a paid strategy sprint: two 90-minute working sessions with Brittany, then a written recommendation. What’s worth protecting, whether the idea is as real as it feels, and the smallest first move that tests it. Sometimes the honest answer is “not yet,” and you’ll get that in writing too.
$2,500
Credited toward a build if you move forward within 30 days.
- Two 90-minute working sessions, both run by Brittany
- A written strategic recommendation: your next move, named and reasoned
- An honest verdict: build it, or “not yet, here’s what to clarify first”
- Yours to keep, with us or without us
We take five per month. That’s not scarcity marketing; Brittany runs both sessions herself, and five is the real capacity.
“Just have the conversation. That’s the best thing to do. That was what we did, and it just grew from there.”
Radiah Rhodes, when we asked what she’d tell someone watching from the fence.
Practical questions
Asked often, answered plainly.
Is this an AI version of me?
No. We don’t clone your voice or pour your content into an open-ended chatbot. We build around your method, your boundaries, and where human judgment belongs.
Do I keep ownership of my method?
Yes. Your method, framework, assessment logic, and materials remain yours unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
What would we build first?
Usually one useful product: an assessment, book companion, client journey, practitioner workflow, report, or licensing path. Specific enough to sell, useful enough that people feel the difference.
I’m already building my own app. Is this still relevant?
Often, yes. Chrysalis can sit underneath what you’re building as the consent, context, and data stewardship layer, so your app doesn’t have to carry every privacy and memory problem alone.
How much work is this for me?
You don’t need to arrive with a mapped product. We need the material you want to build from and your guidance on how the work is meant to move. We do the structuring with you.
What does a build cost?
Builds are scoped to the method, so there isn’t one number. Your Next Move ($2,500, credited toward a build) exists so you can get a real scope and an honest recommendation before committing to anything bigger.
How long until something is live?
It depends on the complexity of the method, so we scope timeline in the build conversation. We start with one useful product and a pilot cohort rather than a year-long platform project, so you see it working with real clients before you commit to more.
What happens to my clients’ information?
Each client’s information lives in their own vault, and they control it. You and your practitioners see what each client has chosen to share, and the business gets anonymized themes and aggregate patterns: where people get stuck, what they need more help applying. You get the insight without becoming a data company.
Your work has always been the asset.
We build the infrastructure that lets it scale without losing what makes it yours.
