Chrysalis helps patients keep their whole health story in one place they can see, manage, and share, and get it to the practitioners that can help. Before we launch in January, we're recruiting 100 practitioners to try it, tell us what's missing, and introduce it to the patients who need it.

A quarter use them to figure out what's causing their symptoms.1 What they build there is stuck there. They can't see what it holds, can't take it anywhere, and can't hand it to you. This month OpenAI also connected ChatGPT to Epic records for approved health systems, and it isn't clear to patients how their records are used.2 Chrysalis gives patients' work somewhere better to live, and they decide what you see.
Patients who arrive ready
Chrysalis helps patients prepare before they see you: how a symptom shows up day to day, what it keeps them from doing, what they've already tried, and what they want to cover in the visit. It works alongside your intake.
Your care plan, followed between visits
Patients add the plan you give them to their timeline and record how they live it: what changed, what helped or harmed, and what's still unexplained. At the next visit, you can see how the plan went.
A new channel for your practice
We're applying for grant and public health funding to bring Chrysalis to health networks most practices never reach, including in rural communities. As patients come in through those networks, Founding Practitioners are the first we'll bring in as plan providers and educators.
Chrysalis turns what happens between appointments into patient-confirmed context for the next care decision.

Before you join
Does it cost anything?
No. There's no fee and no contract.
Does Chrysalis diagnose or give medical advice?
No. It helps patients organize what they've lived through and bring better questions to you.
Where does patient information go?
Patients choose who sees what, and they can undo it. We never train models on anyone's data. Our SOC 2 and HIPAA work is in progress.
Does it connect to my EHR?
Not yet. Tell us what you use on the form. We're asking every Founding Practitioner, and your answers help us decide where to start.
Is this an HHS product?
No. We were selected for the HHS TOPx Tech Sprint. HHS doesn't endorse Chrysalis or any team.
Is there a phone app?
Not yet. Chrysalis runs in any browser, and a phone app is planned.
What if I can't do every ask?
The feedback call and the launch introduction are the two we count on. Sharing the vote, a collab post, and a podcast interview are all optional.
What's a Launch Partner?
A practitioner whose own method we build into Chrysalis. We'll start those conversations in November.
