What you're voting for
Put all the pieces of your health together.
Chrysalis holds the parts of your health no portal or single doctor has: the turning points, the day-to-day, what you've tried and the plans you're following. Then it goes with you to every appointment.
Tell it once
Your turning points, symptoms and what you've tried, in your own words, on one timeline.
Keep what works
Follow the plans you're given, say what happened, and see what actually helped.
Hand over a cheat sheet
Start every visit with your questions, in a page your practitioner can read in minutes.
Why your vote matters
Some of what you've lived through has never been on the form.

People's Choice is the part of this sprint the public decides. Every thumbs-up tells HHS that tools built on patients' own knowledge are worth backing.

Questions about voting
What does pledging mean?
It means you're with us. Your pledge counts today, we send your voting link on October 22, and we keep you posted through launch. The vote itself happens on Crowdicity.
Does voting cost anything?
No. Voting is free, and so is the Crowdicity account if it asks you to make one.
Do I need a Chrysalis account?
No. Voting happens on Crowdicity, and you don't have to sign up for anything of ours.
Can I vote more than once?
No, and please don't make extra accounts. One vote per person is the rule, and it's how we want to win.
When does voting close?
We'll post the exact date here as soon as the sprint confirms it.
Can I use Chrysalis now?
Not yet. We're opening a free, invitation-only beta first, then launching publicly in early 2027. Everyone who pledges will hear when it’s ready.
Chrysalis was a Phase 1 winner in a federal challenge. That is not an endorsement by HHS, NIH or FDA. Nothing we offer depends on whether you vote.
